Business Developer “Services”
Take responsibility: for the business development of the new segment “SERVICES” in specific regions and accompany the strategic planning, the operational deployment of the activities, control the impact and define adjustments if necessary
Lead by example: write your own success story and then lead and support all our colleagues and representatives in each country in the implementation of the strategies, campaigns and initiatives.
Be a team worker: work closely with cross-functional teams, such as other developers, marketing, internal sales, etc., to achieve strategic business goals
Actively manage: launch new projects in the “SERVICES” area, including new launches, campaigns in collaboration with marketing and improving our toolset
Your skills:
- Experience and/or professional qualification in a business development or sales role with a technical background.
- Proven skills in using data and market analysis to develop business strategies
- Strong project management skills and experience in working in cross-functional teams to efficiently develop successful solutions
- Structured and thorough approach to work with high levels of personal motivation and the ability to set priorities
- The ability to inspire and motivate others with your own ideas

Area Manager in Field Sales
Take responsibility: for the business development of an already existing customer portfolio and the further development of our market shares in a very large area with high potentials, you are our “weapon” directly at the customer.
Set a good example: write your own success story and also share in your successes. We will support you in all areas.
Be a team worker: Work closely with the cross-divisional teams, other colleagues in the office and our technical staff. Take advantage of our opportunities at trade fairs and through our marketing to approach new customers and improve our market position in your area.
Manage actively: Analyse your customers, their needs and open up new fields of activity for us with our customers. Intensify our customer relationship and consolidate our long-standing partnership.
Your skills:
- Experience and/or professional qualification in sales, ideally with knowledge in metallurgy.
- Proven skills in open communication and a certain degree of extrovert behaviour.
