Common grades such as chrome steel, chrome-nickel steel or chrome-molybdenum steel are available from us quickly and reliably. We also stock titanium in various grades and nickel-based alloys for our customers. Our delivery capacity of stainless steel, high-performance steel and special alloys is very extensive. We keep a large stock for fast deliveries. This includes ferritic, austenitic and martensitic stainless steel grades.

We are valued by our partners because we are reliable and always deliver safely. This is extremely important, especially for medical technology. For this reason, we also place required goods in our warehouse or in consignment warehouses close to our customers. What is needed by the customer, we calculate according to corresponding withdrawal notifications. This is how we understand trustful cooperation.

First and foremost our straightness and roundness measurement. This is UNIQUE WORLDWIDE. We measure the straightness and roundness of bars more precisely than the standard specifies. And we also record this for you.
More accurate than the norm!
With a new measuring method, we at STAINLESS FRÜCHTL can measure the straightness and roundness of bar material with unprecedented accuracy. Using radially rotating probe measurements, the method determines straightness to within 0.1 mm per metre for bar material from three to 30 millimetres in diameter to four and a half metres in length. In addition, the machine measures roundness to deviation tolerances of 1 µm and records the results. We developed the worldwide unique measuring machine for this ourselves together with partners. Our customers are impressed that such measurement results are now available for the first time.
This is because we can prove that the customer gets exactly the raw material in the quality and grade that meets his standards and requirements for the manufacture of his products.
Furthermore: Straight bars protect your machine during long turning and increase the service life of your valuable tools.
And on we go!
Besides measurements, we can do much more for you. We offer cutting, preliminary work such as turning or milling, engraving, chamfering, spectral analysis, laboratory tests, consulting.
Many of STAINLESS FRÜCHTL’s customers rely on our consulting expertise. After around 50 years, we know our way around stainless steel – you can believe us. No matter which grades or alloys are involved. From tool steel 1.2316 to stainless steels such as 1.4404 to titanium 3.7165 ELI and last but not least to the rare, highly corrosion-resistant stainless steel grade 1.4542. We know what works – and what does not. And we say so. We are quite frank with you.
With our preparatory work, we can make your work easier and thus save you one or two process steps in-house. We can saw, cut, mill, turn, chamfer or measure stainless steel. In addition, we can carry out analyses in our laboratory. For example, we can determine the chemical composition of an alloy with a spectral analysis.
